2. What we process
- Contact form — name, email, organisation (optional), and message content, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Technical data — standard server or hosting logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) as needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies — see section 4.
3. Legal bases
- Contact enquiries: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (responding to your request).
- Necessary cookies: legitimate interest in running a secure, functional website.
- Analytics cookies (if enabled): your consent.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary
We store a consent cookie (cc_cookie) to remember your cookie choices. This is required for the consent mechanism itself.
Analytics (optional)
If you accept analytics, we may load Google Analytics 4. Typical cookies include _ga, _ga_*, and _gid. Analytics scripts load only after consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings.
5. Recipients & transfers
If Google Analytics is enabled, data may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as provided by Google, where applicable.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Consent preferences are stored for up to 182 days (then you may be asked again). Analytics retention follows the settings configured in Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
